Things that make my day...

Being able to make these cookies and give them away!!!

Going over to Avers house and get out of my car and she is standing there with the door wide open patiently waiting for her BFF Auntie Caroline....

And the second I step in the door she hands me this gift that is wrapped up! What a gift?! I open it up to see that its this cute dog from Toy Story and knowing that she took her time to make sure she stayed in the lines while she colored it!!

Being able to hold this little monkey that is just sooo cute I can't get over it!!!

Knowing at the end of the day when he returns home from work that I married him and am the luckiest girl EVER!!

Traditions...

We have decided to make a new tradition, (okay probably more me than Brent). When the Olympics were in Beijing we thought it would be fun to have Chinese food during the opening ceremonies to get more out of the experience. Well this time around the Olympics are in Canada. So thanks to our friends, the Andersons, they have introduced us to some Canadian Food since he was from Canada. So the menu for tonight's dinner: Potato & Sour Cream & Chive Pierogies, Canada Dry (Ginger Ale) to drink then top it all off with DARE cookies! They are really tasty, they are a sandwich cookie and the filling is maple flavoring! You can find these at your local grocery store, Pierogies and Canada Dry Wal-Mart, DARE cookies at Winco!

Thought it would be fun to start traditions before the kiddos show up!

I just wanna do a shout out to my best friend and tell him HAPPY BIRTHDAY and hope he has a good day!!! (He has so far, I took him lunch, doughnuts and went for a ride with him as he had to do some runnin around!!)
