Dane has mastered waving...including in his sleep!!! We went to the doc for his 2 month check up...
weighs 12 lbs 6 oz
24 1/2 inches long
and sleeps at night for a 5-7 hour stretch!!!
He such a good boy!!!

Tis the season...
to carve pumpkins! Its been a tradition since we've been together and it has to continue since we have Dane!
Dane was just so thrilled to carve pumpkins. He kept on looking at Brent wondering what he was doing!

Pumpkin Patch
This last weekend we went to the Pumpkin Patch in Paul with the cousins...Ava & Red! This is the first Halloween around family and its been really fun. I've never been to this pumpkin patch before and it was a blast!
As you can tell...Dane just loved it...haha slept through it!
Ava, Red & Luke! Sugar Cookies...
...are a must to make on Halloween! While I frosted, Brent decorated and he monogrammed the cookies for the family! He did a good job and got very creative!

Craft of the year...
If anyone knows me, I'm not the crafty type. Well, when your up at 3 a.m. your mind tends to wonder and you think about all these things you should make. Well I decided to do my craft for the year and I made this car seat cover for Dane. Thanks to my mother in law that cut it out for me and then I sewed it all together! I'm really happy with how it turned out!!

On 10.10.10 we blessed Dane! He was such a good boy. I used Brent's blessing outfit that he wore. He was just so handsome! It was fun to have so much family around! Thanks to Brent that gave him such a wonderful blessing and here are a few pictures that we captured during the day!

Dane loves his cute monkey quilt that Grandma Turpin made for him! I love it too...it turned out perfect!!!
My brother and his family came down from Washington for the weekend so it was fun getting to hang out with Vy and Bo and watching them bond with Dane! Vy was so good with him!
